Every year many people make New Years resolutions that they say they will follow, but they never do. I think 2010 will be different for lots of people that make New Years resolutions to lose weight, because it is no longer cost effective to be over weight. Being overweight can cost money that many people don’t have to spend. A weight loss resolution is only effective if you follow it.
We all know that being overweight is not health and can lead to many major health problems. Now people are starting to realize that they need to get in shape and stay in shape to avoid those costly trips to the doctor’s office or hospitals. Now the question becomes what do you do to lose the weight in 2010 and keep if off? In order to create a weight loss resolution that you will follow you need to set some attainable goals and objectives for yourself.

Then think about how much healthier you will be as a result of getting your weight down to a manageable level. yourself in the mirror and you were so proud of the way you looked? But now that you have gained all of that weight you no longer looked at yourself that way any more. Well, you need to get that look back and you can do this and you can lose the weight.

Tell that person that you will not be stopped this time. Let that person in the mirror know that this time you have set realistic goals for yourself and you also have objectives that you plan to meet.
